I am a long term resident of Rotonda West/Cape Haze where I live with my wife, Deb. We have 2 grown sons and 2 grandkids. Deb and I operate our own brokerage and work as a team. 

I began my real estate career in 1977 selling commercial real estate in California. When legislation brought the market to a crawl, I worked for Pacific Bell as a technician, analyst, and engineer. In 1986 I founded a software development company which I later sold so I could return to selling real estate full time.

I am very excited and enthusiastic about our area. I moved here in 1994 so that my family and I could enjoy a much higher quality of life.

To maintain our quality of life, and to gain as much real estate knowledge as possible, I stay very active in our community. I was elected to the Rotonda West board of directors where I served as the association's director, secretary, community relations chair, and vice-president.

I have developed a reputation as an authority on real estate, and write business and real estate columns that appear regularly in 4 newspapers throughout the region. I am  frequently quoted by the media, and have made many appearances on local radio shows where I offer my insights into our real estate markets.

I have also been very active in lobbying for property tax reform, and have appeared on the air with lawmakers such as House Speaker Marco Rubio and Representative Paige Kreegel to affect the successful passage of Amendment One for property tax reform.

I use my passion for wildlife and outdoor photography to promote real estate in Rotonda West, Windward, and Cape Haze. My photos depicting the beauty and wildlife of our area are printed routinely on the front page of area newspapers and magazine inserts.

I also combine my photography, software, and web design skills to create unique, high-impact virtual tours to market properties on the web.
